Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be amended or cancelled up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Changes made within 48 hours will incur a minimum 50% cancellation fee.
All new colour clients require a consultation before a colour appointment can be booked. A skin test is also required at least 48 hours before your first colour appointment and remains valid for 12 months.
Consultations and appointments can be booked online via the booking link or by getting in touch.

As a private one-to-one salon, every appointment is dedicated exclusively to you. To ensure every client receives my complete attention, I don’t answer calls during appointments, allowing every visit to remain calm, private and uninterrupted.
